This ground-up development unifies a diverse mix of tenant environments within a single, carefully coordinated destination. Retail storefronts, healthcare and medical users, and a dedicated early education facility were planned to operate independently while contributing to a cohesive overall experience. The completed development balances accessibility, visibility, and day-to-day functionality creating an environment designed to support both individual tenant operations and the broader synchronicity of the community it serves.

The project involved the ground-up construction of multiple single-story commercial buildings, including structural foundations, slab-on-grade systems, wood-framed superstructures, and full building envelope assemblies with coordinated façade treatments.
Work included multi-tenant demising wall systems, storefront glazing, roofing assemblies, and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety infrastructure designed to support a range of occupancy types, including mercantile, assembly, and educational uses.
Exterior elevations establish a consistent architectural language across the development. Storefront systems, material selections, and façade detailing were coordinated to create a recognizable and cohesive streetscape.
The environment presents as unified, while still allowing each tenant to express its individual brand.
