Recomposed for Daily Use

This renovation addresses both the private and collective sides of a working environment. Executive suites were reshaped to support discretion and focus, while shared dining and servery spaces were redefined to improve flow and usability.

The Scope of Work

The project encompassed a comprehensive interior renovation within an occupied corporate facility, including selective demolition, new partition systems, and full coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection infrastructure.

Work included reconfiguration of executive office suites with enclosed offices, construction of new partitions, soffits, and architectural elements, renovation of servery and dining areas with new counters and finishes.

With the integration of food service infrastructure, upgraded lighting aligned with new ceiling layouts, acoustic assemblies for sound control, accessibility and life safety improvements, and new flooring, wall finishes, and millwork throughout.

A Workplace Rebalanced

The environment now operates with greater definition. Private work areas and shared spaces each serve their role without conflict. A setting where performance, comfort, and control are fully realized.
