The Scope of Work

The project involved a full interior office renovation alongside targeted upgrades within the adjoining warehouse, including demolition, new partition systems, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and access control infrastructure.

Work included open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, a fully equipped pantry, updated restrooms, and warehouse support integrations each aligned to support both workplace functionality and facility performance.
