Every decision, from spatial planning to finish selection was made to reduce downtime between lease and occupancy.



The project involved the renovation of an existing office suite, including selective demolition and the installation of new partitions, doors, glazing systems, finishes, millwork, ceiling systems, and lighting. All while maintaining the building’s business occupancy classification and existing egress conditions.
The suite is designed to appeal broadly while maintaining a high-end, professional finish that elevates perceived value.
The result is a space that shortens decision cycles, supports multiple tenant profiles, and positions ownership for faster occupancy and stronger returns.
