This renovation centers on the threshold the moment a space introduces itself. A newly defined glassfront entry and reception establish transparency and presence, replacing what was once neutral with something deliberate.
Previously absent from the workplace, this newly introduced reception environment establishes a stronger sense of arrival, presence, and first impression.

The project encompassed a targeted interior renovation, including reconfiguration of existing partitions, finish upgrades, and full integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
Construction included the creation of a new reception environment with glassfront entry, conversion of former office suites into a pantry and kitchenette, installation of casework, countertops, and appliance connections, along with custom millwork and architectural detailing.
Underutilized offices were reinterpreted into a shared amenity environment, subtle, refined, and highly functional. The pantry and kitchenette now serve as a point of pause within the workday, offering balance and relaxation.
With the introduction of a dedicated reception area and staff amenity space, these additions create moments of clarity at entry, accompanied by a space of comfort for the staff.
Together, these additions created a more complete workplace experience, one that balances professionalism at the front of house with a stronger emphasis on employee well-being behind the scenes.
