This environment transforms a vacant third floor into a structured workplace for legal professionals. Offices, conference rooms, and shared spaces are arranged to support focus while maintaining a natural flow between teams.
Each space reinforces privacy without isolating the overall environment.
The project involved a full interior alteration of an existing office floor, including demolition, new partition systems, ceilings, finishes, lighting, millwork, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.
Work included private offices, glassfront conference rooms of varying sizes, a wellness room, café and pantry areas, reception with coffee bar, IT infrastructure rooms, and administrative support spaces each integrated to support daily operations within a legal setting.
The completed environment reflects the discipline of a legal practice. It supports focused work, clear communication, and a professional presence at every level.
