The project involved a full interior tenant fit out, including new partition systems, ceilings, finishes, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage infrastructure.
Work included open office areas, huddle rooms, conference spaces, lounge zones, and support areas each integrated to form a cohesive and highly functional workplace.
This project was recognized as a recipient of the NJBIZ 2024 Leaders in Construction, Real Estate, and Design award, underscoring the level of execution achieved.
