This environment is structured around control. Laboratory zones, work benches, and enclosed areas are arranged to support focused research while maintaining strict separation between processes.
Dedicated outside air systems, exhaust fans, and ductwork were coordinated to manage airflow across fume hoods, glove boxes, and workstations.
Every space is calibrated for performance, where airflow, safety, and function operate in alignment.

The project involved a specialized interior laboratory buildout, including new partition systems and full coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.
Work included lab areas, offices, and support spaces, along with the integration of fume hoods, exhaust systems, and dedicated mechanical equipment required for a controlled research environment.
The completed environment supports research that demands precision and reliability. Every system, from air movement to spatial layout, works together to create a stable foundation for ongoing development.
The result is a laboratory built to perform, where innovation is supported by disciplined execution.
