This environment is structured around separation. Public-facing retail areas transition into restricted zones with clarity, allowing customers to move with ease while maintaining strict control behind the scenes.
Every path is intentional. Movement is guided, monitored, and aligned with the demands of a regulated operation.
The project involved a full interior tenant fit out within an existing shell, including demolition, new partition systems, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.
Work included a dispensary sales floor, secured vault and fulfillment areas, shipping and receiving, office functions, and staff support spaces—each requiring dedicated systems and precise integration.
The completed environment operates with discipline. Customer flow, staff operations, and compliance requirements are aligned within a single system that functions without compromise.
The result is a dispensary built for control, clarity, and sustained performance.
