This environment brings together workspace and logistics within a single industrial operational system. Offices, conference areas, and open work zones are positioned alongside warehouse functions to maintain direct connection between planning and execution.
The layout allows teams to operate with awareness of both administrative and physical workflows. Each area supports a different function while remaining part of a unified process.

The project included interior demolition, new partition construction, and full coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across both office and storage areas.
Work involved open office layouts, enclosed rooms, support spaces, and the introduction of new storage zones within the existing structure. Each system was installed to align with operational demands and building requirements.
The completed environment supports both planning and execution within the same footprint. Administrative teams and storage functions operate in alignment, creating a steady and predictable workflow.
The result is a space built to support coordination, efficiency, and long term operational performance.
