Built for Performance at Scale

This project transforms an existing lower-level wellness center into a highly structured, multi-zone fitness environment. The layout is intentionally segmented: cardio, turf, strength training, group exercise, spin, and recovery.

Each portion of the space functions independently while contributing to a cohesive operational system that accommodates simultaneous user groups without friction, supporting both individual workouts and instructor-led programming.

The Scope of Work

The renovation scope centers on selective demolition and full interior reconstruction. Existing flooring, ceilings, walls, and lighting systems were removed and replaced with upgraded finishes and infrastructure.

New partitions, doors, and glass systems were introduced to redefine circulation, improve visibility, and create structured activity zones while maintaining openness throughout the facility.

A Community-Driven Environment

Beyond construction, the project supports a broader mission creating a space that is accessible, inclusive, and built for continuous use. ADA-compliant pathways, clear circulation, and intuitive layouts ensure the environment serves a wide demographic of users.

A restructured wellness ecosystem, built to handle daily demand, evolve with programming needs, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every member.
