This project renovation was designed to redefine arrival, elevating the building’s identity while maintaining continuity with its existing structure.
Full lobby renovation including demolition of existing finishes and reconfiguration of entry sequencing.
Installation of new flooring systems, wall treatments, ceilings, and architectural lighting to establish a cohesive, modernized environment. Integration of upgraded MEP components and coordination with existing building systems. Refinement of reception, circulation paths, and common touchpoints to enhance both functionality and user experience.
