Built for Discovery

The front-of-house is organized to invite exploration. Long runs of shelving and clear sightlines guide customers through a curated sequence where selection feels expansive yet controlled.

Movement is intuitive, allowing customers to browse with ease while staying connected to the full offering. The experience feels deliberate, not crowded.

The Scope of Work

The project involved a full interior renovation, including demolition, reconfiguration of the sales floor, and integration of new architectural and operational elements.

Behind the storefront, the space is structured to support inventory flow, storage, and daily operational demands. Receiving, stock organization, and movement between storage and sales areas are carefully aligned to maintain efficiency without interrupting the customer experience.

Work included fixture systems, defined retail zones, a new mezzanine level, and a fully coordinated back of house warehouse component supported by mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems aligned across both retail and storage functions.

Built to Perform Daily

Execution required disciplined coordination across structural, fire protection, and building systems particularly with the introduction of vertical elements and warehouse functionality.

The completed environment operates with clarity on every level. From customer interaction to inventory management, the space performs as a unified system, built for both experience and throughput.
