This environment is designed to merge clinical function with a retail framework where customers transition seamlessly between shopping, consultation, and care. The layout integrates pharmacy operations, waiting areas, consultation rooms, and HealthHub zones into one continuous experience.
From entry to checkout, movement is intuitive. Every zone is positioned to support both privacy and accessibility, reinforcing a model where healthcare is immediate, visible, and embedded into daily routine

The project involved a comprehensive interior transformation, including demolition and reconfiguration of existing retail areas to introduce dedicated healthcare components such as consultation rooms, HealthHub spaces, and pharmacy support zones.
Work included new partition systems, upgraded finishes, and full coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure to support both clinical and retail functions. Each system was implemented to meet healthcare-grade performance while maintaining retail continuity.
Infrastructure was coordinated to support ongoing clinical use. Power, data, lighting, and life safety systems aligned to ensure reliability across all service areas. Retail shelving, circulation paths, and healthcare zones operate as one cohesive system, maintaining flow without disruption.
The result is a space that performs beyond traditional retail supporting constent, day-to-day healthcare engagement within a familiar environment.
