The project involved a full interior tenant improvement within an existing office suite, including demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, lighting, and finishes, followed by the construction of new architectural elements and reconfiguration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
Work included a reception lobby, private offices, restrooms, nursing suites, wellness rooms, kitchenette, conference rooms, and open concept workstations each supporting both daily operations and employee experience.
The completed environment reflects a forward-moving culture. It allows teams to collaborate, recharge, and perform within a setting that feels both intentional and elevated.
