Reconfigured for Efficiency

This interior renovation transforms an existing suite within a multi-story commercial building into a more open and deliberate working environment. Spatial adjustments introduce better flow across office and support areas, while maintaining the structure required for focused work.

The Scope of Work

The project involved a full interior renovation, including selective demolition, new partition construction, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Work included the construction of ADA-compliant restrooms and accessibility upgrades, installation of acoustical ceiling systems paired with integrated lighting and finish packages, and the introduction of new millwork and custom casework across workstations, conference rooms, and break areas. Specialty wall and ceiling assemblies were incorporated to manage sound across both open and enclosed zones, ensuring balance between collaboration and privacy.

Controlled and Coordinated

The space now operates with greater structure and intent. It supports modern working patterns while maintaining accessibility and compliance at every level.

An environment defined by discipline, clear in layout, refined in execution, and built to perform without excess.
