This environment was developed to strengthen both production support and daily operations. Office areas, employee spaces, and facility upgrades were introduced to improve workflow while maintaining continuity within an active distribution setting.
Each intervention supports the pace of the business. The facility operates with greater clarity and control.

The project involved a multi-phase interior and exterior improvement program within an active processing and distribution facility, including new construction, renovations, and full coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.
Scope included new office and breakroom spaces, upgraded locker rooms and employee amenity areas, a logistics and administrative office addition, installation of a new elevator system with roof access improvements, and expanded electrical and mechanical systems each integrated to support both current operations and future growth.
The completed improvements support a more efficient and scalable operation. From employee experience to logistical flow, every element contributes to a stronger, more capable facility.
An environment built to evolve, where infrastructure and operations move forward together.
