Built for High-Traffic Retail

This environment is structured to handle constant movement. Sales floor and support areas are aligned to maintain flow while supporting the demands of a high-volume retail operation.

The space performs with consistency. Every element supports both customer experience and daily execution.

The Scope of Work

The project involved a full interior renovation of a large format retail space, including demolition, new construction, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.

Scope included a refined sales floor with intricate porcelain tile and LVT flooring layouts, back-of-house storage and management areas, raised loading dock doors with scissor lifts, a staff breakroom with locker storage, a new HVAC system, and a state-of-the-art energy management system each integrated to support continuous inventory flow, operational organization, and long-term system reliability.

Performance Without Interruption

This environment is defined by durability and control at scale. It supports a retail operation that depends on consistency, organization, and uninterrupted movement.

A store calibrated for daily demand where infrastructure sustains performance without compromise.
