This project required more than a standard office build-out. Every system, from partitions to ceiling infrastructure was coordinated to support a controlled, high-performance environment.

Each zone is positioned to allow teams to work without disruption while maintaining access to shared resources. The layout supports both concentration and coordination.
The project included a full interior renovation with demolition, new partition systems, glazing, finishes, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ceiling assemblies, lighting, and millwork were installed to align with both functional needs and overall design intent. Each component was delivered to ensure long term performance.
