This project was designed around a structured workplace model where privacy, focus, and collaboration operate in balance. Individual offices, partner suites, and shared work areas are strategically arranged to support both independent work and team interaction.
Circulation paths connect each space with clarity, allowing staff and clients to move efficiently through the environment. Every area serves a defined purpose within a larger operational framework.

The project included a full interior alteration across multiple floors, involving demolition, new partition systems, and complete coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
Conference rooms, boardrooms, offices, and open workspaces were constructed alongside support areas such as mail rooms, IT spaces, and employee lounges. Huddle rooms, conference spaces, and teaming areas were integrated throughout the layout to support communication without disrupting focused work.
Each component was delivered to align with both operational needs and design intent.
These environments are positioned to encourage interaction while maintaining the integrity of private work zones. Every element supports clarity, organization, and efficiency across daily operations. The result is a workplace that supports both concentration and collaboration in equal measure.
