An Environment Constantly in Motion

This project transformed an existing commercial space into a highly functional restaurant environment for a growing fast-casual brand. Kitchen operations, customer circulation, and dining areas were carefully aligned to support speed, visibility, and daily throughput.

The space moves with intent as every zone is structured around flow and performance.

The Scope of Work

The project involved a complete interior restaurant build-out, including demolition, new partition systems, and full coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection infrastructure. Work included installation of a new commercial kitchen line with hood, exhaust, black iron ductwork, and Ansul fire suppression system, along with upgraded MEP systems engineered to support food-service operations.

The build-out also incorporated custom flooring, architectural paneling, millwork installations, open ceiling elements, storefront improvements, dining and seating areas, and a refined brand-specific lighting and finish package throughout the space.

A Brand Environment with Energy

The completed space reflects the character of the brand; approachable, active, and built around experience. It balances operational demands with a warm, modern atmosphere designed for both customers and staff. An environment shaped for pace.

The facility is efficient in function, confident in identity, and built to perform from open to close.
