This space supports the development of complex systems where hardware and software must operate as one. The open layout allows teams to test, adjust, and refine technology without spatial limitation.
Work areas are structured to accommodate both focused engineering and active build zones. Each area contributes to a workflow centered on iteration, precision, and real-time problem solving.
The environment reflects the demands of autonomous technology, where space must evolve alongside the systems being developed.

The project included interior demolition, new partition systems, and exterior infill modifications to establish a controlled entry condition. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully integrated to support both open workspace and enclosed support areas.
Partition assemblies were designed with layered insulation and framing to manage sound and environmental conditions. Each system was coordinated to align with existing structure while enhancing performance and usability.
The completed space enables ongoing innovation without requiring reconfiguration. Its structure supports the continuous evolution of technology, allowing teams to refine and advance systems in place.
The result is an environment built for progress, where development does not slow and performance does not compromise.
