This project extended far beyond surface-level renovation. It was a full-scale upgrade of the building’s operational backbone. Modernizing systems, circulation, and arrival points to meet current expectations of performance, safety, and tenant experience.
From below-grade infrastructure to above-grade lobbies, each intervention was coordinated as part of a unified transformation.
The project consisted of an interior alteration across multiple levels, including Levels 1, 2, and 3, with extensive coordination across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines
The completed environment supports work that demands accuracy, discretion, and reliability. Every space is aligned to ensure processes remain structured, traceable, and consistent.
